yes. these are my cousins. and my aunt. and my uncle. and they are hilarious. we had a great time shooting around this little japanese garden, and playing around on the rocks. they were definitely really good sports, and i made the mistake of complimenting my cousins and telling them how they were "so much easier to take pics of than my little ones"... i ended up regretting that, and changing my mind half way through. although, to their credit, they did smile when i said to... :) love you guys! hope you like your shots 

chilly day at the beach

chilly day at the beach + shortsleeves = one cold little 11 year old guy. i felt terrible, he was shivering almost the whole time, but what a trooper!!! we shot the Rosners down at Treasure Island beach park in Laguna, and we JUST beat the rain. Thanks, guys, for hanging in there and being such great sports! 

Park Fun

I recently had the pleasure of capturing these two cuties, Abby & Sam, at an awesome park in Irvine. We fed some ducks, had some races, played on the swings and threw some huge leaves in the air (and we let our cousins tag along... my Jay and Jax) One of the objects of the shoot was to get Sam-mo SANS BINKY! I think we got some good ones :)

3 guys and a lovely lady

over the weekend, i had a session with three brothers and their lovely great grandmother. 101, everyone! the guys were definitely good sports, as i had them climbing all over some wet rocks to get to the places i wanted to shoot them from. here is a sneak peek from that shoot, and more to come :)

I got the chance to photograph some of the cuties over at the daycare my boys attend yesterday. They were having their annual halloween party, which involved some pumpkin carving, cookie decorating, sugar of course (oh man were they HYPER!) and the most important thing: COSTUMES! Intel Drives Ops

i've just gotten a request from the captain, himself, for a shirt design for his section downrange. "Intel Drives Ops" was the saying to be associated with the design, and it was requested that i do something cool. i love having free reign over designs, and this really unleashed some creativity that was dying to get out. it's not finalized yet, but i am really excited about it, so i had to post.

Here is a recent marketing set I designed for the SUPER talented Brooke Bakken. Brooke really wanted to incorporate some polka dots, but wanted to stay modern and classy, so we used the fading dots in a matrix type of environment, and kept it simple. She wanted a consistent look that she could mix and match in all of her promo items including flyers, cards, invoices and thank you cards. I've just finished up a logo design and watermark for the lovely (and NEW!) michelle catherine photography. We also had some business cards and appointment cards printed up as well. Michelle wanted some clean and simple lines with her logo, and really loved the colors purple and sage, so this is the look we decided on.
